  it should be NO STARS AT ALL I had the worst experience in this office! I drove from Carrollton to this office to get no sevice at all! but they were very quick to take my money and make me sit for 1hr waiting after i asked how much longer the front desk lady got upset and said we said we were having issues WHICH ISNT MY FAULT i was treated very unfairly i asked for a refund and with no hesitation nor attempting to keep my service they basically ran me out themselves. I called to make a complain and have not received a call back. This office hasnt had a work eithic class nor know how to speak and treat others with respect i was highly dissapointed and angry with wasting almost 2 hours of my time on a worthless office.

  i cant begin to express how disconcerting my entire experience was with this office. when i first called i asked if they accepted BCBS. the receptionist's response after i brief pause; "how may i help you sir?". i should've hung up then. then there's dr Casey. this woman is either slow, sick,or just plain inexorable. she acted like a complete detective when i needed her to complete fmla forms for my daughter's illness . She absolutely refused to acknowledge that a allergic reaction was a serious condition until fmla agents had to spell it out for her. she did all she could to try and get my fmla denied. i've never did fmla before but most people i speak with about this are completely appalled at her behavior as most doctors do all they can to get it approved. please avoid this office. they do not respect our business and see no reason to treat us with courtesy and respect
